HENB Content Available in Multiple Languages

We have set out to transform the way we publish content to bring you information in multiple languages! The idea behind it was that we want to represent all languages spoken in Belize and make sure that our stories are available for everyone to enjoy.

What does this mean?

We have always welcomed non-English publications, but this means that we will slowly translate our blog posts as well as start publishing social media posts and bring you Lives in multiple languages.

What languages will we have?

We eventually want to bring you all languages spoken in Belize, which means Mayan languages, Spanish, Garifuna, Hindi, Chinese or even Plautdietsch and Kriol. However, this depends on the translators we can find so if you are interested in volunteering send us an email at heritagebelize@gmail.com.

Timeline and Technicalities

We have amazing volunteers who will translate our content step-by-step. The pace of this transition will depend on the availability of our volunteers and therefore we don’t have a set deadline. It is something we will continuously work on. To begin, we have started translating our blog posts into different languages and the next step will be to have multi-lingual captions on our social media and newsletter. This will take a lot of time and effort so bear with us while we work on it. 😉
